This means looking holistically at the impact of our activities on the quality of community life, whatever your definition of community might be. Values: by nature, we work towards values-added outcomes where equity, sustainability, connection and change are welcomed, accepted and desirable Partnership: sound partnership principles are a cornerstone of the Know And Then modus operandi. We firmly believe that the best outcomes are only possible where there is genuine commitment and collaboration between all the parties. We know this is really hard, but it’s really worth it. Authenticity: this is a word that means a great deal to us, because it’s the ‘dealbreaker’. If we don’t believe in it, we can’t work with it. It’s not about being prima donnas, we just know that unless what you’re trying to do is authentic we’re no good to you.
